Error when re-installing chemstation, error that product is allready installed

Trying to re-stall chemstation E02.02.  I'm getting an error sayting that chemstation is allready installed..  However I removed the old version of chemstation E02.02 SP2

Try deleting the file c:\windows\msdchem.ini before you install.  The uninstaller will not remove this file but the nes installation (of F01.01 or E01.01) will not proceed if the file is there
