Chemstation won't print from chromatogram from Data Analysis

  Printer Model and driver      
  Chemstation version      
  Service packs and/or point patches loaded      
  Sequence problems?      
  Computer type and model      
  Operating System      
  Has the OS or the Agilent software already been reloaded?      
  Do they have the Agilent backup solution and a backup created?      
  Is the firewall turned off?      
  Does the computer have two NICs?      
  Is the computer connected to the customer's network?      
  LAN card configuration       
  IP address(s)

The PC is new HP Z220 with E02.02 SP2 chemstation.
OS is Windows 7 32 bit

Have not reloaded OS yet, trying to avoid that.

OK, thanks for providing info.  First check make sure printer is selected under "File" -> "select printer".  Under "Method" -> "edit method", under "quant report " make sure the printer check box is selected.  Can you see the chromatogram if you set the printer to "Microsoft XPS writer"?  This will save a file as an image in stead of being sent to a printer, but it's calling the same mechanism.  

Let me know which buttons you are clicking on exactly when trying to print.  

One more thing, under "Quantitation" menu item "Quantitation options", make sure # pages is set to at least 1.
