My Agilennt 7000 source and quad heater are heating very slowly.  The unit was recently serviced, so I believe  something might have happened during this time.

It would be rare that the heater/sensor on both quad and source would go bad at same time.  I would suspect the AC board may not be putting out enough to maintain temps or that the sensor readback is not correct. If you turn off the system and measure the resistance on the test points shown below you sould get following values.

You just need a VOM to measure resistance, a cheap meter will work fine.  Just put the setting on ohms.

I tested the points you mentioned and got 10 ohms for heater adn 100 ohms for sensor.

That indicates the heaters are OK.  Hmmmm, what was recently serviced on the 7000?

I beleive a circuit board was changed.  I think it was the AC board.

OK, please check the voltage switch.  This is located here.  If not set to proper voltage (switch set to 220 for 110 V system) the heater will work OK but  heat very slowly.

Yep, sure enough, voltage set to 220V, I'm using 110V.  Will try settint to 110V, I'm sure that will fix it.

Let us know.  Service did not check the switch when installing new circuit board.
